TheRiskBlog was born because of a lot of confusion out there as far as risk-, money-, and profitmanagement is concerned. I own a company in germany that teaches people how to cope with basic risk- and moneymanagement and how to apply it in their daily routine of investing in the markets.

While speaking at conferences and meetings i was approached at numerous times with the request to come up with an online resource that would provide basic information about how to handle proper risk management.
Since i almost exclusively trade the US markets and i think that all investors can gain valuable information from knowledge about how to deal with risk when investing in any market i decided to do it in english rather than in my native language german.
I therefore apologize for the english, it might not be perfect at all times, nevertheless i hope that you still gain an advantage from reading what i think about teh Risk- and Moneymanagement Process in the markets.
